Access is everything.
In my 5 years as a Venture Capitalist on Sand Hill Road, I witnessed firsthand that women and BIPOC didn’t have access to the same resources. And so, I started FISCH.ER FOUNDRY, a remote-first consulting firm that advises female and minority startup founders who want to start a movement.

About Me
When I was two, my family and I left everything we knew in China and moved to Akron, Ohio, where nothing was familiar and no one looked like us.
Through witnessing the resilience and determination of my parents, I became inspired to help marginalized people have access to opportunities that I have been lucky enough to receive.

When I’m not at my desk, you can find me upside down, hanging from two pieces of silk. Learning new circus tricks has forced me to step outside of my comfort zone, push myself, and take calculated risks in a way that has given me more confidence to take leaps in my professional growth.
